The Financial Market Authority (FMA) Liechtenstein was informed by Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG that the extraordinary general meeting of Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG on 26 July 2024 resolved the voluntary liquidation of the bank.
The licence of Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG, Austrasse 61, 9490 Vaduz, to operate a bank has lapsed pursuant to Article 27(1)(c) of the Banking Act (BankG) pursuant to renunciation in writing effective 29 July 2024.
Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG is accordingly no longer entitled to provide or offer banking services in accordance with Article 3 BankG.
The FMA supervises the liquidators and the liquidation. Thus, the FMA ensures that the interests of the clients of Banque Havilland (Liechtenstein) AG and the branch in Switzerland are protected.
